Thanks for this post. I’m actually planning of getting a Pag-IBIG loan myself but i’m still contemplating whether it would be the lot and house construction or a residential unit. Anyway, i’d like to ask, with my situation as a home based worker plus I also work in a call center would it affect if I resign before I apply for the loan or should i wait for loan approval before i resign? I’m actually going full time with my online home based work.

Thanks for posting this. I’d like to ask, how about those delinquent members? I’ve been a Pag-Ibig member for over 10 years now but for the last 9 months or so, I’ve been delinquent. I’m planning to avail of a housing loan because I’ve never touched my contributions (not even once) over the years. How to go about it? I’ll appreciate your reply, big time.
