In contrast, when you invest in stocks, you don’t have a say in decision-making as it is the officers and directors of the company who decide how the business will operate. Even investments in precious metals, gold and gems are dependent on the market.

4. Investment for all seasons. Real estate is a kind of asset that is permanent, being fixed and not movable. Thus, thieves and robbers cannot steal or take it away from you, because the land and its improvements are always there, in season or out of season.
